Congratulations James & Carrie

I believe taking a little longer can just mean something is well waited for.  This post is a little overdue about the wedding day of James and Carrie, but in my eyes it was well waited for!  What can you say about two people who absolutely adore each other?  It’s something you can see every time you get around them… the way they make each other laugh and completely compliment each other.  It’s just a bonus that he took a risk asking his sister’s best friend out on date, and that one day they would share a beautiful reception with friends at family at the same spot it all started.  Together, on an unexpected blustery day in early October, they said “I Do” among friends and family in the church they share and then celebrated at his Grandparents’ lake where the family shares many special memories together.  There were moments of pure tenderness when he surprised her quietly with a special gift, and when they spoke and were honored with the most thoughtful toasts.  There were also moments of pure fun and dancing, as well as the privilege to be witness to a “Cowboy Take Me Away” serenade by girlfriends for not once, not twice, but the third time among these special sisters-from-other-misters.  There are so many details I could share, but instead take a moment to see them all for yourself in the best way I know how to share them… through the lens.
