It was over three years ago when I met Tim and Nichole as a couple. She was a bridesmaid at a wedding I was photographing and he was her guest. The friendship of our mothers went way back, but she and I hadn’t crossed paths much at all over the years mostly due to age I imagine, since I have quite a few more years of life experience (as I will gracefully put it, but ok… I’m a lot older). It wasn’t too long after that when I got the call that they were engaged and wanted to work with me for their wedding as well. I was thrilled!! Not only did we work together for her engagements, bridal session, and wedding day, but I had the privilege (and I don’t use that word lightly) of working with her wonderful best friend that married her brother last month. I am so thankful to get to know Nichole and reconnect with her family again. But, even more special than the opportunities I’ve had in the past to get to work with Nichole and Tim and her special family, now I have the honor of getting to meet the new family they are creating for themselves. What a blessing of not one, but TWO little babies that are on their way! That little boy and little girl will have the most warm and loving family waiting to wrap their arms around them soon.
