August made for a perfect time of year for NinaMarie and Collins’s rustic wedding in Virginia. The sweet ceremony took place inside an open air barn with rows of hay bales covered with favorite quilts belonging to family for the guests to sit upon. Her journey began with her father picking her up to carry her to the beginning of the aisle to sweetly give her away. They worked hard on many of the rustic details around the ceremony and reception site… including a special handmade horseshoe cross the groom made for the bride. Bridesmaids and reception tables were adorned in a summer turquoise color and sunflowers were used everywhere to accent the barn and tables. The casual atmosphere along the field and lake made for the perfect summer evening gathering for friends and family to celebrate their new union.
